Viral Video Thriller Dance to Induce Labor

Yesterday morning, when I entered our room, I noticed my wife was watching this video about a pregnant mum dancing Thriller song. My wife said that the pregnant mum was dancing Thriller because she was trying to induce labor. Well, she heard it from somewhere. Apparently the video that was posted on YouTube had gone viral since the last few days.

So for entertainment purpose, let us enjoy it together.

Another visit to Hospital Pantai

It's has been a week since I last post anything in this journal. Life has been a little bit tied up with 2 of my wife's relatives passed away. My in-law uncle that is the husband to my mother-in-law's sister, and my in-law grandmother.

Ya Allah, please grant both of them the happiness in the hereafter and let them be among the solihin. Al-Fatihah.

On a separate note, last Thursday was another visit to Hospital Pantai Kuala Lumpur. My wife and I were very excited to meet the doctor and to perform another round of ultra sound test.

Outside the doctor's room while waiting for our turn, my wife suggested that we record a video of all the ultra sound test. Well, I said, if the doctor permits. And so the doctor did allows us to do that. I'll share the video soon enough in my next post.

As per last ultra sound, our baby has been very very active, kicking, pushing, turning around. Dr Idora highlight to us the development of our baby, the bones that already forming, legs, hands, face.

Suddenly Dr Idora turn the 3D imaging and we can see clearly the body of our baby. The face is really looking more human with ears, eyes, nose are in the place they should be. As if knowing that we capturing video of our baby, the baby turn to face us. Subhanallah, the moment that makes  both of us touched. Thank you Allah for this wonderful gift.

"This baby is really good" was what the doctor said when examining our baby. Amin.

Fingerprints!

Our baby is now 13 weeks in my wife womb. Alhamdulillah day to day growing stronger and stronger.

According to the BabyCenter My Pregnancy Today, fingerprints have formed on my baby tiny fingertips. Veins and organs are clearly visible through my baby still-thin skin.

My baby is almost 3 inches long and weight nearly an ounce.

Alhamdulillah. My wife and I can't wait for our next appointment at Pantai Hospital Kuala Lumpur this coming Thursday.

Morning sickness? No no. It's car sickness.

Ever since we got to know about the pregnancy, my wife never had any morning sickness. Good right. Lucky her.

But we noticed something unusual everytime she enter car to go to work or to run some errands. She always mentioned that her head feel a bit heavy, dizzy and headache.

Two times when we need to make a sudden pit stop when she throw up by the road side. One during the early pregnancy that we had a holiday trip to Fraser Hill and another one by the highway returning from relative house.

Well, since every unusual thing only happen in the car, she finally conclude, "I think I'm having car sickness"

Ya Allah, please help my wife face this test, let this pregnancy be a smooth sailing for her.

Tighter and tighter

So funny looking at my wife yesterday morning.

She was getting ready for work and was trying her usual clothes, the one she use to wear before pregnancy. As she fasten all the buttons, it looks really really tight. The buttons seem like it will pop out anytime. Hihi.

I guess our baby growing up so fast that my wife belly looks so round. Baby bump.

Well, we need to get new set of clothes soon. Set aside the existing one for at least 8 to 9 months.

Walk in the park

Today is a public holiday in Malaysia. Waking up today, we decided to take a walk at Taman Tasik Shah Alam, just in front of our house at Seksyen 2.

It was still early in the morning, a bit cool since the sun not quite up yet.

Saw few couples with pregnant wife also join us taking a relaxing walk there.

Few families with small kids and baby just envision us of our future life as a happy and healthy family.

Kids running around, some cycle using tricycle.

We chit-chatting and had fun.

It's our walk in the park.
